The New Lee County Board Office not only houses the Lee County Board Offices, but also the districts general storage, Alternative School and Remedial Education Center. The offices for the Lee County School District will be housed on the main level of the building. This work included an office complex to house all of the program space for the district, while a Board Conference Center will be located in the center of the space. Space on both levels house classrooms and office areas that accommodate the Alternative School and Remedial programs for the district. The new construction provided the most advanced design for the education of those individuals that require separate educational opportunities. The new center enhances the educational opportunities for not only the students assigned to the program, but others throughout the district. The lower level houses the districtÕs Central Storage, Distribution Center and the KETS Data Center. The centralization of these functions provides greater economy of distribution of needed goods and services throughout the district.
