This project involved a complete renovation of multiple floors in Kincaid Towers, an office building in downtown Lexington. A modern law practice environment was created through the interior space planning with program requirements including offices, conference rooms, library, administration areas, kitchen, computer rooms, work rooms and a video conferencing board room. New finishes, furniture, plumbing and lighting
fixtures, and the update of heating and ventilation elements were all part of the extensive renovation. The design team created signature design elements, such as a large ornamental stairway and a coffered ceiling entrance canopy, to enhance the quality and uniqueness of the space.
