Lucas Equine Equipment fabricates and distributes stall components for the equine industry, manufacturing products for premier horse farms throughout the world. As a result of its growing and successful business operations, Lucas Equine was in need of a more spacious and updated fabricating and assembly plant and associated office space.

This project consisted of a two-story manufacturing building including receiving, fabrication, welding, painting, quality control and distribution. The 5,000 square foot office space includes an exhibition area for display of the finished products. Initial site development allowed for future expansion for a wood shop which was later completed.
