The project is a renovation and fit-up for five floors of professional office space in a skyscraper in an urban environment. The work includes specifying new finishes for all existing spaces with the majority of the work focused on redesigning the Audio/Visual Training Room on the top floor with new equipment, fixtures, and furnishings. Design also included the layout of restrooms, kitchen spaces, and work rooms. The Reception Area was designed as well, creating a more comfortable sitting and waiting room.

This project is to be carried out while the building and spaces are fully occupied. It will demand tight coordination between all trades and the design team. The Architect prepared thorough bid documents that explained specific scheduling and sequencing requirements of the work.
