Shadayid Farm
Midway, Kentucky

This project consisted of the development of a thoroughbred yearling farm in Midway Kentucky. Infrastructure improvements included new roadways, fencing, ponds and utilities. New construction included eight barns, a farm office, three residences, and three new entry gates. The owner’s varied program requirements were met through the design of all new buildings. The utilization of similar materials provides cohesiveness throughout the entire development.
