Tahoma Pool House Conversion and Garage

The scope of this project consists of a small pool house conversion, new garage and site improvements. The main residence was built in the early 20th century and received a bedroom / kitchen addition in the 1990’s. The new garage to be located in the rear of the lot will respond to the forms of the residence. The old garage will be converted into a new pool house. Most of the framework and exterior skin will remain, while the interior will undergo a major transformation that will provide the owner with a living area and bath. The major focus of the landscape is the owner’s existing pool. The new site layout will focus on this it and create separate rooms for the owner’s landscaping passion.
