Kinkead Bath Renovation

The design goal was to create a high quality, open functional bath and dressing are area to serve a single occupant. This Project included complete replacement of all existing interior fixtures and finishes to provide luxury bath and grooming areas. Locations of existing rough plumbing, electrical and HVAC were kept, but demolition involved strip down to existing framing. Traditional design rules were discarded and preference was given to the historic design movement of Neo-Plasticism and Cubism. Quality and craftsmanship were heightened due to the close coordination by the owner, architect and contractors working together during the design phases.
