With its open expansive paddocks, this equine development embodies the spirit of a thoroughbred yearling farm. New construction consisted of six 10-stall barns, two 18-stall barns, a maintenance complex, run-in sheds, a new residence, the renovation of two existing residences and the transformation of an existing 1850s residence into a new office. Site development and drainage improvements support the new development of a centrally located water feature used for irrigation. A new entrance gate element complements the entire development.
