JANUARY 13, 2024

Rudy Behrens, President called the monthly meeting to order at 11:58

a.m. The meeting was held at the Eureka Springs Pizza Hut in Eureka

Springs, AR.

The following members were present:

Rudy, Reta, Oliva Behrens, Guest, Walt, Mary Ellen, C.W, Peggy, Scott,

Joy, Cameron, Susan and Terry.

1. Reviewed the called meeting from 12/30/23 at Reta & Rudy's

house concerning the sale of the property at the repeater site. It

was voted at the called business meeting to proceed with the sale

of the property, using Missy Jackson from McClung Realty as our

realtor. This report was nominated to be accepted by C.W,

seconded by Scott and approved by the Club members present

2. Treasurer's report was given and accepted.

3. Floor was opened to discuss new business. Primary concern is the

progress of the paperwork of the sale of property.

A. Concern of what to do with the proceeds of sale. This

was discussed but nothing was really decided as we felt

we should have the proceeds in hand before making any

decisions.

B. Rudy did report that the perc test has been done.

C. The survey has not been done, at this time, but the

surveyor has been contacted and he will notify the Club

prior to it being started so someone can be at the site

with them.

4. So many questions and concerns, we are waiting at this time for a

firm offer and acceptance and at our next meeting we will discuss

various questions and concerns: i.e. a. what if loan defaulted on?

b. no fence?

c. feet from main road to the tower?

d. lease?

e. upgrading & maintenance?, antenna?, and so on?

UPDATE ON CONTRACT AND PROGRESS OF SALE

DO WE REALLY WANT TO GROW THIS CLUB AS A VIABLE USE TO THE

COMMUNITY OR REMAIN PRIMARILY A SOCIAL CLUB?

Reta will contact Arisa Health/OGC to see availability to use the building

located at 208 Hwy 62 West, Berryville for Field Day. It is a possibility

Walt and Mary Ellen will contact Mike McEffee/OEMS to see about

pairing with them for getting the Club out in the community. His info

was sent to Rudy

Motion to adjourn made by Terry at 1:09 p.m. and seconded by Peggy.

All agreed and the meeting was adjourned

Meet on February 10, 2024 at Pizza Hut, Eureka Springs at noon. Rudy

reserved the room
